Returns Policy

We accept returns on all fashion items purchased from Fashion from Accra, with the exception of perfumes, bags & pouches, and deodorants.

To initiate a return, please contact us first via WhatsApp or email with your name, order number, and reason for return. Kindly note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Returned products must meet the following conditions:

• Unworn and undamaged
• In perfect condition
• In the original packaging

Please wait for our confirmation before sending the item back. Returns must be made within the next working day after receiving your order.

Important:

• We do not accept returns from outside Accra. However, if you are outside Accra, please contact us to discuss possible options.
• Philfashion reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above criteria.

Exchange Policy

We are happy to offer exchanges for outfits or shoes that do not fit.

Please note:

• Refunds are not available for Fashion and Accessories; however, we are happy to exchange your item for another product in our store.
• Body Care and Baby Care products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Exceptions apply: for example, unopened diapers may be exchanged for a different size.
